Jeder von ihnen hat einen Blick auf den Park und einen anderen auf die Hügel von Teramo. Das Innere des Restaurants Villa Fiorita, das etwa 280 m² groß ist, besteht aus 8 Säulen, die für Geschäftsessen und private Abendessen ausgewählt werden können. Das Hotel verfügt über 2 Tagungsräume, beide bieten Platz für etwa 140 Personen.
