About us
1142 stand in dieser Gegend das erste zertifizierte Gästehaus der Schweiz. 1932 sorgte das erste elektrisch beheizte Hotel in Europa für Aufsehen. Diese Umweltaspekte mussten auch berücksichtigt werden, als das Hotel zwischen 2008 und 2010 komplett renoviert wurde. Das gesamte Hotel wird jetzt mit Abwärme aus Wasserkraft beheizt. Als historisches 4-Sterne-Alpenhotel im Herzen des KWO-Einzugsgebiets thront das Hotel Hospiz majestätisch über dem Grimselstausee.
