Das New Paris Hotel ist ein modernes, integriertes Business-Hotel, das nach dem internationalen Fünf-Sterne-Standard entworfen und gebaut wurde. Die Baufläche des Hotels beträgt 40.000 Quadratmeter und das Hauptgebäude hat 29 Stockwerke. Darüber hinaus hat es zwei Keller und fünf zusätzliche Stockwerke. Im Hotel gibt es insgesamt 300 verschiedene Zimmertypen mit zahlreichen Annehmlichkeiten und Dienstleistungen.
