Die Harry-Potter-Filmreihe machte Leavesden mehr als zehn Jahre lang zu ihrem Zuhause. Nach Abschluss der Dreharbeiten zu Harry Potter und die Heiligtümer des Todes — Teil 2 im Jahr 2010 blieb dem Produktionsteam eine Fundgrube mit Tausenden von komplizierten und wunderschön hergestellten Artefakten zurück, von denen viele bei einer typischen Produktion nicht zu retten gewesen wären. Das Team hinter Warner Bros. Studio Tour London — The Making of Harry Potter wollte diese ikonischen Requisiten, Kostüme und Kulissen bewahren und präsentieren, damit Harry-Potter-Fans die Magie des Filmemachens hautnah erleben können. Viele der Originaldarsteller und der Crew kehrten zurück, um die Sets wieder zusammenzusetzen und ihre Erinnerungen an die Dreharbeiten festzuhalten, und am 31. März 2012 öffnete die Studio Tour ihre Pforten. Die Studio Tour befindet sich neben den Filmstudios, in denen alle acht Harry-Potter-Filme gedreht wurden, und bietet Besuchern die einzigartige Gelegenheit, zwei Klangbühnen und eine Kulisse voller origineller Kulissen, animatronischer Kreaturen und atemberaubender Spezialeffekte zu erkunden.
