Die Ranch bietet drei verschiedene Veranstaltungsorte. Der erste Veranstaltungsort ist der Pavillon mit 150 Sitzplätzen in halboffener Umgebung und malerischer Aussicht. Der zweite Veranstaltungsort ist das James Marshall Manor House, ein Bed & Breakfast mit zehn Zimmern, das sich ideal für kleine Tagungen für 19 Gäste bei Doppelbelegung eignet. Der Rasen des Herrenhauses wird für ungezwungene Empfänge und elegante Hochzeiten genutzt. Der dritte Veranstaltungsort ist Western Town, das sich im Wald befindet und über einen Heuwagen zugänglich ist. Western Town ist ein alternativer Ort für Gäste, die ihre Fersen hochtreten und in die Vergangenheit reisen möchten.
