About us
Adams Peak is located in Broke. It is the perfect location for your stay in the Hunter Valley. It consists of eight individual suites providing comfortable accommodation for 2 to 20 guests. It also has event facilities. We have a number of ceremony areas and a large rustic barn that is perfect for all types of weddings. Our talented chefs can create the perfect menu for your wedding - from a casual Aussie BBQ or classy cocktail style for 30-130 guests, to a formal sit-down extravaganza for 30 – 100 guests. They will be sure to have your guests remembering every bite!
