Mit seinen originalen massiven Steinböden und vier lodernden Holz- und Torffeuern ist das George ein lebhafter Treffpunkt für lokale Persönlichkeiten und Besucher gleichermaßen. Es bietet eine große Auswahl an Real Ales, 100 Malt Whiskys und eine umfangreiche Weinkarte. Hochzeiten können im George nur von November bis März abgehalten werden. Der Wintergarten bietet Platz für maximal 50 bis 55 Gäste.
