Welcome to K.K. Residency! We are the first four star hotel in North Malabar and the new brand in hospitality. We bring you a brand new experience in customer care and hospitality and provide you with all modern amenities to make your stay with us a memorable one. You can choose from 20 elegantly furnished rooms and 2 generous suites.
