Unsere Türen wurden im Mai 1997 geöffnet und wir hatten das Glück, seitdem viel zu tun zu haben! Unser Ziel ist es, dass Sie als Gast gutes Essen in einer angenehmen, aber einfachen Umgebung zu schätzen wissen, sich wie zu Hause fühlen und eine tolle Zeit haben! Mit dem Göta-Kanal, dem Pier, den Booten und der Brückenwächterhütte direkt vor der Tür ist es für Ida's Brygga ein Kinderspiel, die Erwartungen zu erfüllen. Im Inneren befinden sich Merkmale eines traditionellen schwedischen Fischhändlers mit breiten Brettern und vielen Holzdetails. Die Speisekarte ist modern und abwechslungsreich, trotz der Leidenschaft der Küche für das Kochen von Fischgerichten. Unsere Philosophie ist es, in unserer Küche wirklich gute Produkte und wenn möglich aus der Region zu verwenden. Die Gründe, warum wir unseren Produkten so viel Bedeutung beimessen, sind Geschmack, Umwelt und gute Qualität.
