Unser Küchenchef Kurt verwöhnt Sie in unserem Restaurant Walliserkeller mit erlesenen Gerichten, die er selbst oder aus historischen Kochbüchern zaubert. Er kocht immer mit frischem und saisonalem Gemüse und Obst und weiß, wie man Fleisch fachmännisch zubereitet. Unsere verschiedenen Lokalitäten Restaurant Walliser Keller, Speisesaal, Hauptschlafzimmer und Kafee mee eignen sich für Veranstaltungen aller Art. Im Sommer können Sie auch unseren einzigartigen Hotelgarten nutzen. Bei unseren jährlich wiederkehrenden Weinproben im September erleben Sie die Vielfalt der Walliser Weinkultur. Vier ausgewählte Walliser Weinkeller erhalten die Möglichkeit, sich und ihre Weine zu präsentieren. Die natürliche Umgebung und Atmosphäre spielen eine wichtige Rolle.
