Das kulturelle Thema der Ausstellungen im Obergeschoss wird die soziokulturellen Aspekte und die Sozioökonomie der lokalen Gesellschaft anhand von sechs Galerien zeigen, die jeweils die bruneiischen Malaien, Kadayan, China, Kadazan-dusun, Inder und Sikh repräsentieren. Zu den Schwerpunkten gehören Menschen, Migrationsgeschichte, prominente Persönlichkeiten sowie das Thema und die kulturellen Artefakte anhand des Konzepts der Harmonie in einer multirassischen Gesellschaft.

Dieser Schornstein wurde im Jahr der 80er Jahre gebaut und seine Verwendung ist immer noch ein Rätsel. Es wird angegeben, dass es keine Spuren von Rauch oder ähnlichem gibt, die darauf hindeuten, dass es wie ein normaler Schornstein funktioniert. Die Einheimischen glauben jedoch, dass es als Lüftungsschacht genutzt wurde. Dennoch gibt es viele Menschen, die andere Gedanken haben. Manche sagen, dass es sich nur um ein unvollendetes Herrenhaus handelt, das zu dieser Zeit erbaut wurde, während andere behaupten, dass es sich um einen Leuchtturm handelt. Bis heute kennt niemand den richtigen Zweck dieses Kamins und deshalb ist er so rätselhaft. Dies ist auch eine Attraktion, die sowohl Touristen auf der ganzen Welt als auch Einheimische anzieht. Es hat eine Höhe von 106 Fuß und wurde aus Stapeln roter Ziegel gebaut. Es bestand aus bis zu 23.000 roten Ziegeln, die aus England importiert wurden. Der architektonische Stil und das Design entsprechen mehr oder weniger denen der Briten.
