About us

Forrest Hills ist ein preisgekrönter landschaftlich reizvoller Veranstaltungsort, der für Tagungen, Konferenzen, Hochzeiten, Managementtraining und vieles mehr genutzt werden kann. Am Rande des Forrest of Bowland bieten wir auch einen kostenpflichtigen Golfplatz und einen Fliegenfischersee an. Forrest Hills wurde 1996 im Rahmen der kontinuierlichen Diversifizierung der Banton House Farm gegründet. Derzeit wird ein Drittel der 200 Hektar als Forrest Hills bewirtschaftet und der Rest der Farm wird für Wildtiere bewirtschaftet. Die Besitzer, die Familie Newsham, bewirtschaften seit fast 50 Jahren (und seit vielen Generationen in der Nähe) Banton House. Forrest Hills ist ein attraktiver ländlicher Ort für Tagungen, Lernveranstaltungen und kleine Konferenzen. Es hat das Gefühl, weit weg von allem zu sein, und doch ist es nur 10 Minuten von der Ausfahrt 33 der Autobahn M6 entfernt. Unser atemberaubendes neues Resource Center bietet Reed Room und Banton Room, die beide mit vollem Service ausgestattet sind, während unsere beiden ursprünglichen Lodges Hazelwood und Conder eine unabhängigere und eigenständigere Option für Ihre Veranstaltung bieten.

Against all odds, we have opened up our newest restaurant, Serafina, This little gem of a restaurant, perched on top of Nob Hill, has truly been a labor of love, as we were set to open at the end of February, and then had to do so during the ensuing pandemic....We are so excited about Serafina, which has been a concept in the making for many years for us. Serafina was Maurizio’s grandmother, and the name of her eponymous restaurant in the heart of Trastevere (Rome), where Maurizio first began making pizzas at the age of 14. She was a tough woman and wonderful chef.. an inspiration for his love of cooking then, and inspiration of how he is determined to persevere despite the difficult circumstances of today. We hope to create a warm, elegant space where neighbors and friends can come together. We have an amazing team with our partner Giuseppe Terminiello, the co-owner of Piccolo Forno with us (we also own Ideale, in North Beach as well), and Umberto Cannarsa, an accomplished and incredibly talented chef from Rome, who had his own successful restaurants there.
