About us

Almonry Barn liegt perfekt in der Landschaft von Somerset. Mit seiner architektonischen Struktur, romantischen Beleuchtung und rustikaler Eleganz ist sein historisches Flair perfekt für stilbewusste Paare! Es wird angenommen, dass die Scheune die älteste ist, in der Hochzeiten in England abgehalten wurden. Sie war einst Teil einer wunderschönen Abtei, deren Ruinen noch heute gegenüber stehen. Die Scheune wurde von den Mönchen genutzt, um vorbeiziehenden Reisenden und Pilgern „Almosen“ zu geben, und wurde daher als historisches Denkmal eingestuft. Dieselbe historische Liga wie Stonehenge! In der Dreschscheune empfängt ein endloser Charakter die Gäste mit originalen Eichentüren und bemerkenswerten Dreschmaschinen. Dies ist der Hauptempfangsbereich für Ihr Hochzeitsfrühstück und beherbergt auch den Tanzflächenbereich.
