About us

Willkommen im Hôtel des Horlogers, einem Ort, an dem Sie sich mit der Natur verbinden, Zeit für sich selbst und für die Dinge nehmen können, die wichtig sind. Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von La Vallée de Joux, nur 50 Minuten vom Flughafen Genf und 45 Minuten von Lausanne entfernt. Das Gebäude wurde vom Architekturbüro Bjarke Ingles Group entworfen, das eine Synergie zwischen der Natur und dem Hôtel des Horlogers schaffen wollte. Die 50 Zimmer und Suiten mit Blick auf den Risoud-Wald entsprechen den höchsten Standards des umweltbewussten Tourismus und sind einladend und warm mit Rohstoffen aus der Region eingerichtet. Das von Chefkoch Emmanuel Renaut unterzeichnete Catering, das mit 3 Michelin-Sternen ausgezeichnet und als „Meilleur Ouvrier de France“ ausgezeichnet wurde, lädt dazu ein, Gerichte zu probieren, die mit saisonalen Produkten zubereitet werden, die sorgfältig von den besten Herstellern der Region ausgewählt wurden. Ob in der entspannten Atmosphäre der La Brasserie le Gogant, im privaten Bereich von La Table des Horlogers oder in den Veranstaltungsräumen, die einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Tal und den Risoud-Wald bieten, alles ist dafür gemacht, einen exklusiven gastronomischen Moment zu erleben. Edelweiß, Rodhiolas und Narzissen aus den Schweizer Alpen sind die wichtigsten Inhaltsstoffe unserer Behandlungen, die im Le Spa by Alpeor angeboten werden.
