Das Spačva Lipovac Hotel ist von einem jahrhundertealten Eichenwald und dem fließenden Fluss Spačva umgeben. Das Hotel „Spačva“ verfügt über 60 Zimmer und 120 Betten, die auf zwei Etagen gebaut sind. Aufgrund seiner Lage an der Autobahn ist das Hotel einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Gerade wegen der Möglichkeit, das Gebäude schnell zu erreichen, ist es andererseits aber auch aufgrund seiner Abgeschiedenheit vom städtischen Leben ein idealer Ort für Geschäftstreffen.
