Das Raffles London at The OWO ist ein spektakuläres neues Luxushotel im ikonischen Old War Office in Whitehall — einst die Heimat der berühmtesten Staatsmänner und Spione Großbritanniens, darunter Winston Churchill und Lord Haldane. Ian Fleming, der Schöpfer von James Bond, arbeitete hier und ließ sich vom Gebäude inspirieren. Mehrere Bond-Filme wurden vor Ort gedreht. Dieses unter Denkmalschutz stehende Meisterwerk des edwardianischen Barocks, das heute von Tausenden von erfahrenen Handwerkern sorgfältig restauriert wurde, ist Raffles' erstes Hotel in London.
