ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN Bei Veranstaltungen, bei denen nicht der gesamte Veranstaltungsort gemietet wird, muss der unterschriebene Vertrag mit einer Anzahlung von 50% innerhalb von 7 Tagen ab dem Datum, an dem dieser Vertrag an den Kunden gesendet wurde, zurückgegeben werden. Danach muss der Restbetrag 30 Tage vor der Veranstaltung bei Hard Rock eingegangen sein. Bei vollständigen Übernahmen/Schließung des Unternehmens muss die vollständige Zahlung bei der Buchung eingegangen sein. Dieser Vertrag kann von Hard Rock jederzeit für null und nichtig erklärt werden, wenn der Kunde diesen Zahlungsplan nicht einhält. Wird der Kunde von Hard Rock wegen vorzeitiger Zahlung für nichtig erklärt, verfallen alle geleisteten Einzahlungen. Alle zusätzlichen Gebühren sind nach Abschluss der Veranstaltung fällig. Anfragen zur Direktabrechnung müssen innerhalb eines Monats nach Abschluss dieser Vereinbarung autorisiert und gutgeschrieben werden. Es fallen eine Arbeitsgebühr und eine staatliche Umsatzsteuer an. Hard Rock akzeptiert die meisten gängigen Kreditkarten, Firmenschecks und Zahlungsanweisungen.
