Lovran befindet sich in einem bestimmten Mikroklimagebiet, das gleichzeitig von Bergen und Meer definiert wird. Die Villa Eugenia ist ein idealer Ort für Feierlichkeiten, Werbeaktionen, Geschäftsempfänge und Veranstaltungen. Wir garantieren Privatsphäre und Diskretion, und mit unserem Personal und unserem erstklassigen Service wird Ihnen die Villa Eugernija dauerhaft in Erinnerung bleiben. Die Villa hat drei Etagen, die jeweils aus fünf luxuriösen Zimmern bestehen. Jedes Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet, um den höchsten Bedürfnissen moderner Kunden gerecht zu werden. Anstelle eines üblichen Zimmerschlüssels werden intelligente Karten verwendet, um die Räume zu betreten.
