Hurst Castle befindet sich am seewärtigen Ende der Kieszunge, die sich 2,4 Meilen von Milford-On-Sea entfernt erstreckt. Das Ende der Nehrung, nur eine Dreiviertelmeile von der Isle of Wight entfernt, und die Aussicht von der Spitze des Bergfrieds in der Mitte ist spektakulär.
