Capesthorne Hall, im Herzen von Cheshire gelegen, ist ohne Zweifel einer der renommiertesten Hochzeitsorte. Die Pracht der Halle mit ihren opulenten Zimmern und der modernen Anlage am See mit herrlichem Panoramablick wird Ihnen an diesem Tag exklusiv zur Verfügung stehen, ein atemberaubender historischer Veranstaltungsort mit erstklassigen Einrichtungen. Capesthorne Hall kombiniert die Pracht des Saals mit der Vielseitigkeit eines luxuriösen Partyzelts und bietet so eine aufwändige Hochzeitsfeier für mehr als 150 bis 700 Gäste. Die Halle ist von 100 Hektar malerischer Gärten, Parklandschaften und Seen umgeben. Festzelte können an einer Auswahl von atemberaubenden Orten aufgestellt werden und wir sind für standesamtliche Trauungen im Freien zugelassen. Ein muslimisches Nikah ist in der Halle möglich und 250 Gäste können in der Halle für Getränke und Häppchen untergebracht werden. Zu den Einrichtungen gehören ein skurriles Theater aus dem 19. Jahrhundert mit 150 Sitzplätzen und die stattlichen, eleganten Haupträume, die aus einem Salon, einem Zimmer mit Königin Anne und einem Salon bestehen. Standesamtliche Trauungen/Partnerschaften können im Salon mit Sektempfang und Hochzeitsfrühstück in den Zimmern The Saloon und Queen Anne für bis zu 80 Gäste (bis zu 140 Gäste, wenn nur Empfang) abgehalten werden, gefolgt von Abendfeiern für bis zu 200 Gäste in der Anlage am See. Die Lakeside Garden Rooms verfügen über drei einzigartige Räume. Der Bromley Room ist ideal für Besprechungen, Briefings oder Präsentationen. Das Gartenzimmer und das Partyzelt können zusammen zum Essen oder als separate Räume für Pausenräume genutzt werden. Es gibt Ausstellungsräume, die weitere Einblicke in die Geschichte von Capesthorne geben — das Royal Bedroom, das Bow Room, das Child's Room, das American Room, das Dorothy Davenport Room und das Box Room. Einrichtungen können für Firmenveranstaltungen gemietet werden: Empfänge, Abendessen, Geschäftstreffen, Konferenzen, Präsentationen und Ausstellungen. Der Saal kann auch für Familienfeiern, Hochzeitsfeiern, standesamtliche Trauungen und Lebenspartnerschaften genutzt werden.

The economic growth of New York in the first half of the 19th century was driven by the Port of New York’s position as an import–export exchange and cargo center for emerging American and global markets. The Seaport and Pier 17 became a gateway for international shipping, maritime activities and the wholesale fish trade. South Street was known as the “Street of Ships” and the Wavertree, which is docked alongside Pier 17 to this day, arrived in New York City in 1895 en route to Calcutta with jute cargo aboard. The ship was acquired by the South Street Seaport Museum in 1968 and went through a 16-month, $13 million restoration. “These are the kinds of ships that built New York,” says Jonathan Boulware, executive director of the South Street Seaport Museum. A hub of commercial virtue (the finance, sea trade and printing press businesses were all located in this dense port) and accompanying vice (the area is home to some of the city’s oldest drinking dens, which played host to all manner of illicit activities back in the day), the Seaport was the first 24-hour district in New York, hence the phrase “the city that never sleeps”.
