About us

Das Hotel 3 Paardekens, das älteste und einst einzige Hotel in Mechelen, hat kürzlich wieder seine Türen geöffnet. Kommen Sie und erleben Sie das Gefühl, am Fuße der St.-Rombouts-Kathedrale im Herzen der Stadt aufzuwachen. Was vor Jahren als „Afspanning De Drij Peerdeken“ begann, wurde heute in ein modernes Hotel mit einem ausgeprägten Gefühl von Wärme und Gemütlichkeit umgewandelt. Die Renovierung war nicht einfach, aber wir sind zu Recht stolz auf das Ergebnis und frühstücken im Glasraum im obersten Stockwerk, direkt unter dem Glockenspiel unseres Stolzes aus Malines. Die 33 Zimmer des Hotel 3 Paardekens wurden 2010 komplett umgebaut und renoviert. Alles ist da, um Sie mit dem Komfort eines 3-Sterne-Hotels willkommen zu heißen. Die Atmosphärenfotos in den Zimmern lassen Sie buchstäblich unter dem Turm im Herzen von Mechelen aufwachen. Tagungen und Empfänge können im Frühstücksraum oder im Restaurant im Erdgeschoss organisiert werden.

This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
