Stornierungsrichtlinie
Die Richtlinien gelten pro reserviertem Zimmer. Zum Zeitpunkt der Reservierung ist eine Vorauszahlung des Zimmerpreises und der Steuern für die erste Nacht erforderlich. Stornierungen oder Änderungen innerhalb von 14 Tagen vor der Ankunft im Winter oder 2 Tagen vor der Ankunft im Sommer führen zum vollständigen Verfall der Anzahlung. Außerhalb der Stornierungsfrist wird eine Stornierungs-/Änderungsgebühr von 50 USD erhoben. Gästen wird eine Resortgebühr von 20$ pro Zimmer und Nacht berechnet. Diese Gebühr beinhaltet unbegrenzte Orts- und 800-Nummerngespräche, Verbindungsgebühren für Ferngespräche, Fax-/Kopierservice für eingehende und ausgehende Anrufe, Computernutzung, Internetzugang, Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer, Verleih von DVD-Filmen/Spielen, Nutzung eines Fitnessraums, Transfer vor Ort (saisonal), Fahrradkeller (Sommer) sowie Ski- und Snowboardaufbewahrung (Winter).
