Das Hotel Drei Hasen liegt nur 100 m von der weltberühmten „Mariazeller Wallfahrtsbasilika“ und nur 50 m von der Seilbahnstation „Bürgeralpe“ entfernt. Das Hotel Drei Hasen bietet 45 Zimmer und Suiten mit modernster Ausstattung. Das Hotel ist auf Hochzeiten, Konferenzen und Wallfahrtsgruppen spezialisiert. Unser Ballsaal bietet Platz für bis zu 200 Personen. Außerdem gibt es ausreichend Platz in unserer traditionellen „Gaststube“ und in unserem „Jagdstüberl“.

Kaum ein anderer Wallfahrtsort der Welt kann auf eine so beeindruckende Vergangenheit zurückblicken.
Aufzeichnungen zufolge wurde Mariazell am 21. Dezember 1157 gegründet. Eine Inschrift über dem Hauptportal, die das Datum 1200 angibt, lässt vermuten, dass zu dieser Zeit mit dem Bau der romanischen Kapelle begonnen wurde. Der erste urkundliche Nachweis von „Cell“ stammt aus dem Jahr 1243. Ein Ablassbrief von Erzbischof Friedrich III. von Salzburg aus dem Jahr 1330 wird als Quelle für die Kirche Unserer Lieben Frau von Cell als viel besuchter Wallfahrtsort angegeben. Bis 1344 hatte die Gemeinde die Rechte einer Marktstadt erhalten.

We endeavor to build touristic scavenger hunts that mix easy and tough challenges, that are family friendly and fun. Moreover, we really try to provide insight and discovery about the city you are visiting.
Who doesn’t enjoy traveling, movies, music, games, and room escape challenges? We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout.
Simple And Fun
Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
