Rund um den romantischen Hof befinden sich die verschiedenen Gebäude des Hotelensembles, das auf der einen Seite von der antiken Stadtmauer begrenzt wird und auf der anderen Seite zur Stadtpromenade führt. Unter dem Hotel befindet sich das historische 400 Jahre alte Gewölbe mit den alten Holzfässern des Familienweinguts. Das Hotel Anker ist nur 90 vom Flughafen entfernt.
