Das Motel „Jumar“ befindet sich in der Nähe der Straße Nr. 3 (Teil der Europastraße E 65), am Eingang zur Stadt Międzyrzecz, auf halbem Weg von Swinemünde nach Jelenia Gora. Die Stadt ist von Wäldern und Seen umgeben. Dieser Ort wird oft „Westmasuren“ genannt. Das Motel bietet 28 bequeme Betten in Einzel- und Doppelzimmern sowie einer Suite. Das Motel bietet einen klimatisierten Konferenz- und Bankettraum von 60 Quadratmetern (50 Personen). Es ist für die Organisation von Geschäftstreffen und Familienfesten konzipiert.
