La Risacca 6 ist seit über drei Jahrzehnten in der Szene und gilt als der Protagonist der Fischküche. Seit 1982 befindet es sich in einem der ältesten Teile von Mailand. Heute wird es hauptsächlich von Schauspielern, Politikern, Entertainern und Geschäftsleuten besucht. Die Küche von La Risacca 6 zeichnet sich durch eine hervorragende Qualität der servierten Fische aus, die immer frisch und saisonal sind. Die Spezialitäten ändern sich je nach Angebot des Meeres: Tagliolini mit Garnelen und Zucchiniblüten, Paccheri und Linguine di Gragnano, gemischter gebratener Fisch, Pezzonia „all'acqua pazza“, Hummer „alla algherese“, Austern, Venusmuscheln, Fischcarpaccio, Salzgarnelen und rohe Garnelen.
