Cancellations Any cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation must be advised in writing to the management of the hotel. The cancellation charge for banquets and conferences will be 50% within 7 days of the event and 100% within 48 hours of the event. Accommodation Cancellations and No-Show Reservations that are cancelled or reduced in length of stay, or numbers, are subject to cancellation charges and no-show fees at the discretion of the Hotel and are as follows: • For any cancellation or reduction in number between 14 and 35 days from noon on the date of accommodation - 15% of the value of the booking • For any cancellation or reduction in number between 14 and 2 days from noon on the date of accommodation - 33% of the value of the booking • In case of cancellation within 48 hours from noon to the date of accommodation, or in case of no-show - 100% of the value of the booking.

Yes, our hotel has taken several steps to reduce single-use plastics as part of our sustainability program. We have removed plastic straws, stirrers, and cotton buds, with straws available only upon request for guests with specific needs. In addition, we have phased out single-use plastic water bottles by offering glass bottles, and bathroom amenities are now provided in eco-friendly dispensers instead of miniature plastic bottles. We also work with suppliers to minimize plastic packaging and prioritize biodegradable or reusable alternatives wherever possible. These initiatives not only reduce waste but also support our long-term commitment to environmental responsibility.
