Diamonds Leisure Beach & Golf Resort is located on the famous white sandy beach of Diani on the south coast of Kenya, with just a 50 minute drive from Mombasa International airport and a 10 minute drive from Ukunda Regional Airport. Boasting 38 acres of beachfront property, Diamonds Leisure Beach & Golf Resort features an 18-hole golf course, a fully equipped conference centre , 4 outdoor swimming pools and the Mvua rain Spa, all set in marvelous botanical gardens. Dr. Meister Hall can accommodate up to 700 people, or if a more intimate space is desired, we provide smaller rooms ideal for specialized training sessions or board meetings. The stunning beach and the marvelous tropical gardens are the perfect backdrops for small intimate gatherings or large and lavish wedding ceremonies 4 restaurants serve international cuisine, a’la carte fine dining, freshly baked pizzas and beach grill menu on the beach. Vegetables and fruits are sourced from the resort’s botanical garden and farm. Refreshing cocktails and a wide range of drinks and snacks are offered during the day at 4 different bars including a swim up bar.

Cancellation Policy for Groups • The following payment schedule will apply: • 30 days prior to the event date, 10% of the deposit paid will be forfeited. • 29 -15 days prior to the event date, 25% deposit paid will be forfeited • 7-14 days prior to the event, 50% of deposit paid will be forfeited. • 6 days or less prior to the event, 100% of deposit paid will be forfeited. Cancellation Policy for Individual Reservations We will make the reservation of guest rooms as per individual request. Cancellations that occur more than 48 hours in advance will be free of charge. If guests cancel within 48 hours prior to arrival, the first night will be charged cancellation fee at full room rate. No-show Policy Reservations are made as per your request and can be made directly on email through the following email: reservations@diamondsleisurebeachresort.com. In case of no-shows, this will be treated as a cancellation and charged based on 100% total value of the booking.
