Die Villa Quiete in Montecassiano wurde Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts vom Adligen Domenico Perozzi als Herrenresidenz erbaut, die als Treffpunkt und Erfrischungsstätte für Jagdgesellschaften genutzt wurde. Dieses elegante Haus bietet 30 Gästezimmer zur Unterbringung. Es ist ein idealer Ort für Hochzeiten und andere Zeremonien. Die Villa verfügt über drei Tagungsräume in verschiedenen Größen, die für Geschäftstreffen, Kongresse und Veranstaltungen bequem für 300 Teilnehmer vorbereitet werden können.
