Das Monterey Conference Center ist die einzige Konferenzeinrichtung in Nordkalifornien, nur wenige Schritte von der Uferpromenade entfernt. Das Monterey Conference Center befindet sich am Rande des größten Meeresschutzgebiets der Vereinigten Staaten — der Monterey Bay. Verspielte Seeotter, anmutige Pelikane, Seehunde und Seelöwen unterhalten Besucher, die von Fisherman's Wharf zum weltberühmten Monterey Bay Aquarium laufen.
