Das Hotel besteht aus 64 geräumigen Zimmern, die komplett mit verschiedenen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet sind. Brand-Laaben, eine reizvolle Gemeinde mit 1.300 Einwohnern, liegt im Wienerwald am Fuße des 893 Meter hohen Schöpfls, des höchsten Berges im Wienerwald. Wien liegt ca. 37 km entfernt.
