Diese einzigartige Anlage in der Grafschaft, entworfen vom Architekten Donald Ross, wurde 1923 erbaut. Dieses ehemalige Clubhaus und der 27-Loch-Golfplatz, der ursprünglich als Beaver Dam Golf and Country Club bekannt war, zogen berühmte Golfer wie Arnold Palmer, Ben Hogan und Jack Nicklaus an. 1949 fand dort die US Women's Open Championship statt. 1979 erwarb die Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission den Country Club und benannte ihn in Prince George's Ballroom um.
