Kimpton Eventi bringt eine lebendige Persönlichkeit in die New Yorker Hotelszene und das Viertel Chelsea. Das Restaurant L'Amico serviert amerikanische Gerichte mit italienischen Einflüssen. Skirt Steak ist ein modernes Restaurant im Landhausstil, das ein festes Menü mit Rocksteak mit Sauce Béarnaise, Feldgemüse und einer unbegrenzten Anzahl an Pommes frites serviert. Die Back Bar, versteckt hinter der Lobby, ist eine Craft-Cocktailbar, die kreative Cocktails und saisonale Getränke serviert.
