Dieses nationale historische Wahrzeichen, das ursprünglich die Bowery Savings Bank war, wurde von Stanford White entworfen und 1893 erbaut. Capitale verfügt über drei private Zimmer: zwei auf der oberen Ebene, jeweils 2000 Quadratfuß groß und mit über 70 Sitzplätzen, und ein Executive-Zimmer auf der unteren Ebene mit 30 Sitzplätzen. Der Große Ballsaal verfügt über eine Fläche von 16.000 Quadratfuß und das Grand Foyer mit Vorfunktion ist 5.000 Quadratfuß groß. Das Capitale bietet Platz für 750 Gäste für ein Abendessen im Sitzen oder 1.200 Gäste für einen Empfang zu Fuß. Capitale verfügt über zwei private Zimmer auf der oberen Ebene mit einer Gesamtfläche von 2.000 Quadratfuß.
