Die Galerie im Erdgeschoss besteht aus einem ebenerdigen Studio mit Einfahrt und dunklen Betonböden, weißen Wänden, hohen Decken und einem professionell gebauten 25-Fuß-Rundblick. Das Studio im 6. Stock, das über zwei private Express-Aufzüge zugänglich ist, verfügt über natürliches Licht auf allen vier Seiten, weiße Wände, 14-Zoll-Decken und elegante Betonböden im Landhausstil. Das Dach, eines der größten in Manhattan, ist ein wunderschöner, weiter offener Raum, der entweder im Freien genutzt werden kann oder komplett eingezäunt und mit Zelten ausgestattet werden kann, um einen klimatisierten Raum zu bieten. Diese Dachterrasse bietet einen ungehinderten Blick auf den Hudson River, das Empire State Building, das New York Times Building, das New Yorker Hotel und einen Fernblick auf die Freiheitsstatue.
