Das 2018 neu renovierte Omni Richmond Hotel wurde 2017 mit dem Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence ausgezeichnet. Jennifer Gavin, Direktorin von UNOS Meeting Partners, hat kürzlich dieses Testimonial veröffentlicht: Wir haben kürzlich eine große Vorstandssitzung im Richmond Omni abgehalten. Das Hotel befindet sich in günstiger Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants und Geschäften in einem wunderschönen historischen Teil von Richmond und nur 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Die kürzlich renovierten Gästezimmer sind wunderschön und geräumig und wurden von unseren Teilnehmern sehr gut bewertet. Alle haben sich ins Zeug gelegt, um ein hervorragendes Konferenzerlebnis zu bieten. Michele in Sales ist phänomenal; hat die Reaktion und Schnelligkeit geliebt. Charlene von Convention Services war zweifellos unglaublich; immer verfügbar, engagiert und aufmerksam. Das Bankettessen war großartig; sehr kreative Menüs innerhalb unseres Budgets und gut ausgeführt. Das gesamte Personal war super; jeder, der unsere Gruppe berührte, war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, da wir es weiterhin für unsere zukünftigen Treffen in Richmond nutzen werden. Zertifiziertes umweltfreundliches Hotel des Bundesstaates Virginia.
