Es liegt in einem zutiefst romantischen und luxuriösen alten Landhaus. Ardanaiseig wurde 1834 im schottischen Baronialstil für Colonel Archibald Campbell vom Clan Campbell erbaut. Es wurde von William Burn entworfen und steht aufgrund seiner architektonischen Bedeutung unter Denkmalschutz.
