Stornierungsrichtlinie
Der Kunde muss bei Abschluss des Mietvertrags eine Anzahlung von 50% des geschätzten Gesamtmietpreises leisten. Der Restbetrag der Miete ist mindestens 5 Tage vor Mietbeginn fällig. Im Falle einer Stornierung wird dem Kunden die Anzahlung nicht zurückerstattet, es sei denn, die Stornierung erfolgt mindestens 10 Tage oder länger vor der Veranstaltung. Wenn die Stornierung weniger als 5 Tage vor der Veranstaltung erfolgt, wird der Restbetrag nicht zurückerstattet. Stornierungen müssen per E-Mail an 1415meeting@bocatc.org oder per Fax an (402) 561-0598 eingereicht werden
