Partnerschaften mit lokalen Gruppen wie den Ottumwa Community Players, Ottumwa Symphony und dem Greater Ottumwa Vocal Arts Project wurden aufgebaut, sodass das Bridge View Center das Privileg hat, Anwohnern und Besuchern jeden Alters und jeder Herkunft die darstellende und bildende Kunst näher zu bringen. Das Bridge View Center wird die Bildungschancen an der Ottumwa High School und dem Indian Hills Community College durch Praktika und Werkstudentenprogramme verbessern. Ziel wird es sein, eine Saison laufender Kultur- und Bildungsprogramme unter Mitwirkung lokaler, regionaler und nationaler Organisationen ins Leben zu rufen.
