Es verfügt über einen Eingangsbereich mit zwei Aufzügen und eine rund um die Uhr besetzte Rezeption mit Safe, Garderobe und Wechselstube. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Cafeteria, eine Bar, ein Spielezimmer, einen Fernsehraum, ein klimatisiertes Restaurant mit Nichtraucherbereich und eine Internetstation.
