Stornierungsrichtlinie

STORNIERUNG Da die Abrechnung der bestellten Dienstleistungen für den gesamten Aufenthalt erfolgt, wird der Kunde gebeten, die unten aufgeführten Stornierungsbedingungen besonders zu beachten. Stornierungen der gesamten oder eines Teils der ursprünglichen Reservierung müssen schriftlich an das Hotel gesendet werden. VOLLSTÄNDIGE STORNIERUNG Eine Änderung des Veranstaltungstermins gilt als vollständige Stornierung und führt dazu, dass die Stornierungsbedingungen gelten. Im Falle einer vollständigen Kündigung des Vertrags durch den Kunden, die nicht durch die Nichterfüllung seiner Verpflichtungen durch das Hotel gerechtfertigt ist, wird eine Stornogebühr in Rechnung gestellt, die wie folgt berechnet wird: - Geht die Stornierungsmitteilung mehr als 30 Tage vor dem ersten Veranstaltungstag ein, behält die Einrichtung die geleisteten Anzahlungen als Entschädigung ein. - Wenn die Stornierungsmitteilung weniger als 29 Tage vor dem ersten Veranstaltungstag eingeht, hat der Kunde den Restbetrag der Servicekosten gemäß dem Kostenvoranschlag zu begleichen. TEILWEISE STORNIERUNG Konferenzen und Bankette: Eine teilweise Stornierung bedeutet eine Reduzierung des Kostenvoranschlags aus irgendeinem Grund: Verkürzung der Dauer der Veranstaltung und/oder der bestellten Dienstleistungen. Im Falle einer teilweisen Kündigung des Vertrags durch den Kunden, die nicht dadurch gerechtfertigt ist, dass das Hotel seinen Verpflichtungen nicht nachkommt, wird eine Stornogebühr in Rechnung gestellt und nach dem Tag berechnet, an dem die Stornierungsmitteilung eingegangen ist: - Zwischen 60 Tagen und 16 Tagen vor dem Anreisedatum: Rechnung bis zu 50% des stornierten Betrags - Zwischen 15 und 8 Tagen vor dem Anreisedatum: Rechnung bis zu 80% des stornierten Betrags - Weniger als 7 Tage vor dem Anreisetag: Vollständige Rechnung zu 100% des stornierten Betrags STORNOGEBÜHREN FÜR ZIMMER Die Stornogebühren hängen vom Zeitpunkt und dem Anteil der stornierten Übernachtungen ab. Bei Stornierungen von weniger als 10% der Zimmerübernachtungen fallen keine Gebühren an, wenn sie mehr als 14 Tage vor der Ankunft erfolgen. Bei Stornierungen innerhalb von 14 Tagen fallen jedoch Gebühren in Höhe von 100% an.
