Alle Räume sind unterschiedlich eingerichtet. Die Einheiten befinden sich alle in Privatbesitz. Mindestanforderungen sind 1 Kingsize-Bett, 2 Doppelbetten oder 2 Queensize-Betten mit Mini-Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Vier (4) verschiedene Gebäudeteile. 1 - Turmhochhaus mit Aufzug, alle Zimmer direkt am Meer mit eigenem Balkon. 2 - Das Inn ist ein zweistöckiges Gasthaus mit Einheiten am Meer mit abgeschirmten Veranden und Wohneinheiten am Pool, einige mit begehbaren Schiebetüren. 3 - Die Lodge ist das wirtschaftlichste, dreistöckige Gebäude ohne Aufzug. Die Zimmer sind im Lodge-Stil mit Blick auf Wohngebäude eingerichtet. 4 - Villen Diese Einheiten verfügen über 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, voll ausgestattete Küchen und Wohnbereiche. Diese Zimmer sind nicht ermäßigt und erfordern in der Regel einen Mindestaufenthalt von drei Nächten. Vor Ort haben wir zwei Pools, darunter den Kiddie Pool, zwei Restaurants (Cabana Cafe & Beach Bar auf dem Pooldeck und Ocean One, unser Gourmetrestaurant).
