Der Pentlands Science Park befindet sich in einer wunderschön angelegten Umgebung und bietet eine hervorragende Umgebung für über 20 gewerbliche Mieter, die sich mit Forschung und Entwicklung im Bereich Biowissenschaften und deren Aktivitäten befassen. Der Park ist eines der wichtigsten Beschäftigungszentren in Midlothian. 450 Mitarbeiter arbeiten auf dem Gelände. Er befindet sich an der Spitze der florierenden Life-Science-Community in der Nähe einer Vielzahl von Forschungseinrichtungen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung von Bush Estate.
