Indem jede Flasche mit inertem Stickstoffgas unter Druck gesetzt wird, ermöglicht uns das System (von vielen als „Cruvinet“ bekannt), eine große Auswahl an erlesenen Weinen in optimalem Zustand zu präsentieren. Die Weinkarte im Panorama ändert sich jede Woche!
