An den meisten Abenden des Jahres ist es ein recht freundlicher und lebhafter Ort zum Spazierengehen. Dutzende von Bars und Clubs konkurrieren miteinander um Kunden. Bierbars nehmen den größten Teil der Straße ein. Mehrere Go-Go-Bars und einige Pubs, Restaurants, Discos und Geschäfte runden die Attraktionen ab, sowohl auf der Soi Bangla als auch in den Seitenstraßen. An den meisten Abenden finden auch Straßenaufführungen statt, was es schwieriger machen kann, den Schneidereiverkäufern, Flugblatthändlern, Straßenhändlern und Werbern von Tischtennisshows auszuweichen, aber das ist alles Teil des Spaßes.
