Unser Küchenteam wird von Executive Chef Ron Reda geleitet, einem ehemaligen Koch des Weißen Hauses und Einheimischen aus Pittsfield. Seine Philosophie ist einfach: Er glaubt an gutes, ehrliches und unkompliziertes Essen, das ohne Anspruch serviert wird.
