Das Hotel Park ist ein Komplex, der aus einem Hauptgebäude und einem Nebengebäude besteht, die durch den Schatten der Bäume miteinander verbunden sind. Es liegt nur 50 Meter entfernt und nur wenige Schritte vom Stadtstrand entfernt. Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum von Punat, im südlichen Teil der Insel Krk, umgeben von hübsch angelegten Parks, die nur durch eine Promenade vom Meer getrennt sind.
