Our Story In 2021, embarking on a mission to reimagine life, Milk & Honey Ranch was intended just for the Phillips family—a vision for a weekend getaway to escape city life. Brent researched hundreds of properties, but nothing felt right until he ran across a piece of land overlooked by others. On the market for over a year, its condition and the needed work were evident. But, as soon as he stepped foot on the ground, he fully envisioned what the land could be. A passion also ignited that it needed to be their permanent home and lifestyle—not just a getaway. It took the family a little while to buy into the permanent vision, but it was full steam ahead once they did.

Located at the corner of historic McKinney Avenue and Routh Street on the ground floor of the exclusive One Uptown luxury high-rise, Fogo de Chão is just minutes from the area’s finest cultural and lifestyle attractions. This location features an open kitchen showcasing an elevated look at the centuries-old Southern Brazilian grilling technique of churrasco, an expansive white Carrara Market Table, and an outdoor patio for al fresco dining with views of bustling McKinney Avenue.

Our third restaurant in the Houston-area is located in the Baybrook Mall, a premier, high-end destination for shopping and dining. The restaurant features an open-air churrasco grill in the heart of the dining room where guests can watch our Gaucho Chefs practice the culinary art of churrasco as they butcher and grill a variety of fire-roasted proteins. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara marble Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. The Friendswood location also features an expansive patio for al fresco dining, soaring wine cases, a contemporary Bar Fogo area with lounge seating and dry-aged meat lockers for in-house aging.

Our second San Antonio restaurant is located in a premier dining location just North of downtown San Antonio. The restaurant features an open churrasco grill giving guests a 360-degree view of gaucho chefs demonstrating the culinary art of churrasco as they butcher, prepare and grill high-quality cuts of protein over an open flame. Additional highlights to enhance the guest experience include an expansive dining room centered around a fresh and seasonal Market Table anchored at the front of the grill, dry aged meat lockers for in-house aging and a lively indoor Bar Fogo area, ideal for smaller, shareable plates and craft cocktails.
