Alle haben sich ins Zeug gelegt, um ein hervorragendes Konferenzerlebnis zu bieten. Michele in Sales ist phänomenal; hat die Reaktion und Schnelligkeit geliebt. Charlene von Convention Services war zweifellos unglaublich; immer verfügbar, engagiert und aufmerksam. Das Bankettessen war großartig; sehr kreative Menüs innerhalb unseres Budgets und gut ausgeführt. Das gesamte Personal war super; jeder, der unsere Gruppe berührte, war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, da wir es weiterhin für unsere zukünftigen Treffen in Richmond nutzen werden.
