RDM Next offers all leftover food on Too Good To Go, where all food packages are always picked up. If anything remains, we deliver it to the Salvation Army at Rotterdam Zuidplein or Rotterdam West (both on the route home for one of our team members who travel by public transport), and leftover fruit and bread go to the local petting zoo, where they always make good use of it. Our preferred supplier (local) grows vegetables and such in their own greenhouse for our catering, and we mostly serve vegetarian/vegan catering. If we use disposables, they are from Limm and circular. We have designed a CO2 compensation program for customers, which you can find here: https://rdmnext.nl/en/co2-compensatie/. We also provide online events and make them as dynamic as possible. We have researched and tested six different ways to reach our location without a car to reduce emissions, which you can find on our website.

RDM Next has paper bins and general waste bins. All glass is disposed of in the glass container. Plastic packaging, cans, and drink cartons can be disposed of with general waste in Rotterdam. The waste-to-energy company AVR uses a state-of-the-art sorting facility to separate most of this waste from the collected general waste.

RDM Next follows HACCP procedures and has also completed a Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E). At every event, there is always a person on site with First Aid (BHV) and Social Hygiene qualifications.
